FIXED FINISHES

Interior space planning, design and specification of all fixed finishes including custom millwork (stair railing, baseboard, casing, crown, beam layouts, paneling and custom built-ins), custom metalwork (fireplace doors, kitchen hood and decorative fixed lighting), custom cabinetry throughout, collaboration with architects on custom windows and doors, design and specification of stone and tile finishes, floor coverings, specification of all plumbing, appliances, and decorative fixed lighting.

General finishes throughout include integral plaster walls, reclaimed heart pine beams and wide plank flooring, French terracotta pavers, handmade tiles, wool carpeting, natural stone slabs and tumbled marble tiles. 

FURNISHINGS

Space planning, design, specification and procurement of all custom furnishings, lighting, window coverings, soft goods, linens,  and area rugs.  Research of antique furniture and antique Serapi rugs on behalf of owners.
